Buclizine may cause drowsiness, caution in driving automobile. Enhance sedative effect of nervous depressants eg, alcohol, barbiturates, hypnotics, narcotics, analgesic, sedative & tranquilizers. Distributed in milk & inhibits lactation.
Hypersensitivity reaction (anaphylactic shock). Large doses of pyridoxine in long-term is associated w/ development of severe peripheral neuropathies.
Vit: High dose of Ca & P containing compds, drugs w/ same content to avoid overdose, antibiotics, NSAIDs, anticoagulants, insulin, HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors, milk & levodopa. Buclizine: Alcohol, antihistamines & other CNS depressants.
